Terms and Conditions – Sanibell B.V.

1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, offers, orders, and agreements made through the websites and (online) shops of Sanibell B.V.

2. Privacy and Personal Data

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Statement (GDPR). This privacy statement forms an integral part of these terms and conditions.

3. Ordering and Delivery

  • Orders are normally shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received.
  • If an item is temporarily out of stock, the delivery time may differ. Sanibell B.V. aims to dispatch such items within 21 business days.

4. Payment and Retention of Ownership

  • All delivered goods remain the property of Sanibell B.V. until the full invoice amount has been paid.
  • If (full) payment is not received, Sanibell B.V. reserves the right to suspend delivery or reclaim goods.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns are possible within 1 month of the shipping date, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.
  • Shipping costs already charged will not be credited unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
  • Damaged deliveries must be reported and returned within 10 days. We will send a replacement item free of charge. If a different product is chosen instead, additional shipping costs may apply.

6. Refunds and Promotions

  • Credit is issued after receiving and inspecting the returned item in accordance with these terms.
  • Refunds are processed within 15 days after handling.

7. Liability

Sanibell B.V. is not liable for damage caused by incorrect or improper use of delivered products. Legal liability remains unaffected where mandatory law applies.

8. Prices and Errors

All prices are subject to typos and changes. No rights can be derived from obvious (printing) errors on the website.

9. Delivery by Third Parties

For shipping, Sanibell B.V. uses external carriers such as PostNL or DHL. Loss or damage during transport is subject to the terms and conditions of the carrier. Insured shipping is available on request at an additional charge.

10. Intellectual Property

All texts, images, and other content on the websites of Sanibell B.V. are the property of Sanibell B.V. and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

11. Business Customers and Resellers

  • The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to business orders.
  • Reseller accounts do not qualify for consumer promotions or free shipping unless agreed in writing.

12. Cancellation

If an order has not yet been shipped, it can be cancelled free of charge by phone (+31 186 657 347).

13. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer law provisions.
